Hair and Scalp pain. Here is a natural solution.

If you have experienced it then you know what I am talking about. It is scalp pain combined with a headache. For me this would happen because I'd tie my hair too tight. Initially the pain would go away with a massage and wash. But then over time that stopped working and my hair and scalp would hurt even if I didn't tie my hair. Top it all my dandruff problem started getting worse. Even after washing my hair with an anti-dandruff shampoo my hair would start getting dandruff in a couple of hours.

This scalp pain usually starts with irritation or inflammation of the skin on your head. For others this irritation can be caused by Scalp Psoriasis, Seborrheic Dermatitis (dandruff), Scalp Folliculitis, Allergic Contact Dermatitis, Stress or Burning Scalp Syndrome (Scalp dysesthesia). If the pain is regular then you should probably visit a dermatologist to determine why this is happening.

It was around the time that I was researching about ginger, due to my acne problem, that I came across the amazing benefits of ginger for your hair. It helps increase your blood circulation to your scalp which essentially helps in reducing the irritation or inflammation of the skin on your head. Additionally it is an abundant source of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids which help improve hair growth. Although for hair growth it may take some time if you want a faster results I would suggest Castor Oil from my other post. It's antiseptic properties also help in reducing dandruff. Try making a hair mask of ginger juice and olive oil of equal part and massage it into your scalp. After 30 mins rinse and shampoo your hair as usual. Do this twice week and you will see the result (although this depends on how much dandruff you have). Also make sure you are using freshly squeezed ginger juice or if you find it difficult to make this then you can always opt for ginger powder. Half a tea spoon for 3 table spoons of olive oil should do the trick.
